Death of Wojciech Kochanowski (1921)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Wojciech Kochanowski, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 48, 1921

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 14th of December, 1921, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Andrzej Kochanowski, aged 55, and Jan Kochanowski, aged 38, both are villagers from Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 14th of December, 1921, at 2 a.m., Wojciech Kochanowski, aged 60, died. He was born in the village of Gosławice and his parents names are unknown. He leaves behind his widow Marianna nee Balcerak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Kochanowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
