This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Tekla Świątkowska nee Pankowska, from the Straszewo Parish.
Zakrzewo, No. 7, 1889
This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 17th/29th of March, 1889, 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wawrzyniec Brzeziński, aged 40, and Adam Cieślakiewicz, aged 24, both are farm owners residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that on the 17th/29th of March, 1889, at 7 a.m., Tekla Świątkowska, aged 60, died. She was the widow of Jan Świątkowski. She was born in the village of Zakrzewo and the daughter of the deceased couple Wojciech and Franciszka Pankowski nee Wojdyła. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Tekla Świątkowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
