This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Łucja Wawrzyniak nee Kochanowska, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 49, 1897

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 23rd of November/5th of December, 1897, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Adam Cieślakiewicz, aged 34, and Szczepan Kornacki, aged 30, both residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 21st of November/3rd of December, 1897, at 7 p.m., Łucja Wawrzyniak, aged 90, died. She was the widow of Jan Wawrzyniak. She was born and resided in Zakrzewo. She was the daughter of Stanisław and Marcianna Kochanowski nee Malecka. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Łucja Wawrzyniak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
