Death of Jakub Pankowski (1844)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Jakub Pankowski, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 11, 1844

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 3rd of April, 1844, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wojciech Pankowski and Jakub Krzyżaniak, both are aged over 30, and are laborers residing in the village of Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, in house #7, on the 1st of April, 1844, at 1 p.m., Jakub Pankowski, aged 2, died. He was the son of Wojciech and Łucja Pankowski nee Kochanowska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jakub Pankowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
