Death of Anna Tomczak (1824)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Anna Tomczak nee Brożek, from the Straszewo Parish.
Zakrzewo, No. 17, 1824
On the 14th of July, 1824, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Straszewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Straszewo, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Department, Józef Tomczak, aged 32, residing in house #6, the husband of the deceased, stated that on the 13th of July, 1824, at 6 a.m., Anna Tomczak, aged 31, died. She leaves behind her husband. The witnesses were: Melchoir Kochanowski, aged 40, and Jakub Dziedzic, aged 50, both residing in Zakrzewo. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
