Death of Agata Matusiak (1858)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Agata Matusiak, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 33, 1858

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 17th of August, 1858, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jakób Matusiak, aged 24, a laborer, the son of the deceased, and Andrzej Rutkowski, aged 40, a farm owner, both are residing in the village of Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 15th of August, 1858, at 12 p.m., Agata Matusiak, aged 58, Catholic, died. She was a laborer residing in Zakrzewo. She was the widow of the deceased Józef Matusiak, who was a farm owner residing in Zakrzewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Agata Matusiak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
