This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marianna Pankowska, from the Straszewo Parish.
Zakrzewo, No. 10, 1826
This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 23rd of March, 1826, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Paweł Lewandowski, aged 40, a farm owner, and Rafel Niewiadomski, aged 27, a farmhand, both residing in Straszewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 21st of March, 1826, at 7 a.m., Marianna Pankowska, aged 4, died. She was the daughter of Wojciech and Franciszka Pankowski. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Pankowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
