Death of Marcianna Kochanowska (1848)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marcianna Kochanowska nee Małkowska, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 34, 1848

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 19th of August, 1848, at 2 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Stanisław Kochanowski, aged 70, a laborer, and Jan Wesołowski, aged 30, a horse groom, both are residing in the village of Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 17th of August, 1848, at 2 p.m., Marcianna Kochanowska, aged 60, Catholic, died. She leaves behind her husband Stanisław and her children: Łucja, Paweł, Jakób, Wiktoria, Franciszka, and Wojciech. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marcianna Kochanowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
