This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Franciszka Pankowska, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 20, 1848

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 3rd of April, 1848, at 5 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wojciech Pankowski and Jan Dziedzic, both aged over 30 and are laborers residing in the village of Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 31st of March, 1848, at 10 a.m., Franciszka Pankowska, died. She was the daughter of Wojciech and Łucja Pankowski nee Kochanowska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Franciszka Pankowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
