This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Franciszek Pankowski, from the Straszewo Parish.
Zakrzewo, No. 8, 1837
This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 5th of March, 1837, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Benedykt Lewandowski and Dominik Czogelski?, both are aged over 40 and laborers residing in the village of Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, in house #9, on the 3rd of March, 1837, at 8 a.m., Franciszek Pankowski, aged 18, died. He was the son of Wojciech and Franciszka Pankowski. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Franciszek Pankowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
