Death of Antoni Pankowski (1821)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Antoni Pankowski, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, 2, 1821

On the 29th of January, 1821, before Us, Jozef Wyczechowski, organist and the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Straszewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Straszewo, Radziejów County, Kujawy Circuit Court, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Pankowski appeared, aged 40, residing in the village of Zakrzewo, house #7, and stated that his son Antoni, died on the 27th of January, at 11 a.m. Antoni, aged 16 days, was the son of Wojciech and Franciszka, aged 30. The following witnesses appeared: Feliks Gołębiewski, aged 30, and Jakób Dziedzic, aged 40, both reside in Zakrzewo. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
