Baptism of Wiktoria Matusiak (1843)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Wiktoria Matusiak, from the Straszewo parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 77, 1843

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 14th of December, 1843, at 10 a.m. Jóżef Matuszak, aged 40, Catholic, a laborer residing in the village of Zakrzewo, appeared in the presence of: Walenty Bąk, aged 40, and Roch Kowalczyk, aged 40, both are laborers residing in the village of Zakrzewo, and showed Us a female child born in the village of Zakrzewo, house #11, on the 7th of December, 1843, at 6 p.m., to his lawful wife, Agata nee Nowak, aged 40. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Wiktoria. The Godparents were: Mateusz Matuszak and Anna Mikołajczak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
