Baptism of Teofila Wawrzyniak (1857)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Teofila Wawrzyniak, from the Straszewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zakrzewo, No. 12, 1857

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 19th of April, 1857, at 10 a.m. Jan Wawrzyniak appeared, aged 37, a farm owner residing in Zakrzewo, in the presence of Paweł Kochanowski and Wojciech Michalski, both aged over 35 and farm owners residing in Zakrzewo, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 15th of April, 1857, at 7 a.m., to his lawful wife Łucja Kochanowska, aged 38. At Holy Baptism this child was given the name of Teofila. The Godparents were: Paweł Kochanowski and Katarzyna Klimczak, both from Zakrzewo. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
