Baptism of Paweł Kochanowski (1820)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Paweł Kochanowski, from the Straszewo parish.
Zakrzewo, No. 34, 1820
On the 9th of September, 1820, before Us, Jozef Wyczechowski, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Straszewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Straszewo, Radziejów County, Kujawy Circuit Court, Mazowieckie Province, Stanisław Kochanowski appeared, aged 38, residing in the village of Zakrzewo, house #3, and presented Us a male child, which was born on the 7th of September, 1820, at 7 a.m., to his lawful wife Marianna, aged 25. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Paweł. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Mikołaj Lewandowski, aged 35, and Walenty Karpowicz, aged 28, both residents of Zakrzewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
