Baptism of Jan Nowak (1865)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Jan Nowak, from the Straszewo parish.
Zakrzewo No. 61 1865
This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 15th of October, 1865, at 10 a.m. Mateusz Nowak, farmhand, resident of the village of Zakrzewo, age 24, appeared in the presence of Andrzej Rutkowski, farmer, age 30, and Wawrzyniec Wesołowski, farmer, age 60, residents of the village of Zakrzewo, and showed us a male child born in the village of Zakrzewo on the 13th of October 1865 at 9 a.m. to his wife Maryanna nee Pankowska, age 22. At Holy Baptism, performed this day by Rev. Krymski a Carmelite from Zakrzewo, this child was given the name Jan, and the godparents were: Andrzej Rutkowski and Jadwiga Brzezińska from the village of Zakrzewo. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
