Baptism of Antoni Pankowski (1821)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Antoni Pankowski, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 4, 1821

On the 30th of January, 1821, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Straszewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Straszewo, Radziejów County, Kujawy Circuit Court, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Pankowski appeared, aged 40, residing in the village of Zakrzewo, house #7, and presented Us a male child, which was born on the 12th of January, 1821, in the morning, to his lawful wife Franciszka, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Antoni. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Paweł Lewandowski, aged 30, and Paweł ?, aged 38, both residing in Zakrzewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
