This is my translation of the Latin language Death record of Wojciech Jach, from the Stężyca Parish.

Klukowa Huta, 1823

On the 5th of April, 1823, I, Rev., Pastor of the Stężyca Parish, officiated at the funeral of Wojciech Jach, aged 45. He died on the 3rd of April, 1823. He leaves behind his wife Katarzyna Jach nee Maliszewska and 5 young children.
