This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Michał Szutenberg (Szytemberk), from the Stężyca Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Klukowa Huta, 1823,

On September 28h, 1823, I, Rev., Pastor of the Stężyca Parish, baptized the infant named Michał. The parents were: Piotr and Magdalena Szutenberg (Szytemberk) nee Zaborowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on September 26th, 1823. The Godparents were: Jan Jarzębiński and Julianna Lewińska.
