This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Julianna Kleinsmyt, from the Stężyca parish.
Klukowa Huta, 1825
On February 20th, 1825, I, Rev., Pastor of the Stężyca Parish, baptized the infant named Julianna. The parents were: Wojciech and Katarzyna Kleinsmyt (listed as Klesmyt) nee Maliszewska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Antoni Wysocki and Wiktoria Wysocka.
