This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Cichosz, from the Stężyca Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Klukowa Huta, 1834,

On December 14th, 1834, I, Rev., Pastor of the Stężyca Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were: Jan Cichosz and Marianna Szutenberg, the legally married couple. The child was born on December 11th, 1834. The Godparents were: Franciszek Zaborowski and Józefina Sztark.
