This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jadwiga Kleinsmyt, from the Stężyca parish.
Klukowa Huta, 1829
On October 16th, 1829, I, Rev., Pastor of the Stężyca Parish, baptized the infant named Jadwiga Ewa. The parents were: Wojciech and Katarzyna Kleinsmyt (listed as Kleismit) nee Maliszewska, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 15th of October, 1829. The Godparents were: Michał and Katarzyna Zaborowski.
