This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Szymon Wenta, from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Rokocin, 1763,

On November 4th, 1763, I, Rev., Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Szymon. The parents were: Adam and Anna Wenta, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 1st of November, 1763. The Godparents were: Łukasz Gronowski and Katarzyna Guniewska, both are Catholics.
