This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Szymon Moczyński (listed as Smoczyński), from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Starogard Gdański, 1758,

On October 30th, 1758, I, Rev. Gręca, Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Szymon. The parents were: Szymon and Marianna Moczyński (listed as Smoczyński), the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Tomasz Moczyński and Elżbieta Gliszczyńska.
