This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maciej Wenta (listed as Więckowska), from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Suburban Starogard Gdański, 1760,

On January 14th, 1760, I, Rev., Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej. The parents were: Adam and Marianna Wenta (listed as Więckowski), the legally married couple. The child was born on the 12th of January, 1760. The Godparents were: Tomasz Ukleja and Katarzyna Werner, both are Catholics.
