This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maciej Moczyński (listed as Moczeński), from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Nowa Wieś, 1798,

On September 28th, 1798, I, Rev. Tulikowski, Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej. The parents were: Maciej and Marianna Moczyński (listed as Moczeński) nee Wenta, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 26th of September, 1798. The Godparents were: Jakub Lipiński and Marianna Mitulska.
