This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Jakub Józef Moczyński, from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On July 14th, 1822, I, Rev. Kulaszewski, Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub Józef. The parents were: Franciszek and Franciszka Moczyński, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 7th of July, 1822. The Godparents were: Wojciech Błaziński and Franciszka Ziołkowska.
