This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Szymon Franciszek Moczyński, from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On October 2nd, 1785, I, Rev., Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Szymon Franciszek. The parents were: Maciej and Marianna Moczyński (Meczeński), the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Wenta and Marianna Szwarc.
