This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Łukasz Karpik, from the Służewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Broniszewo, 1769, No. 39,

On October 9th, 1769, I, Rev. Stanisław Czechłański, Pastor of the Służewo Parish, baptized the infant named Łukasz. His parents were Szymon and Marianna Karp, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Franciszek Koronowski? and Ełżbieta Sokolska.
