This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Karpik, from the Służewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Broniszewo, 1762, No. 24,

On June 24th, 1762, I, Rev. Stanisław Czechliński, Pastor of the Służewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. His parents were Andrzej and Łucja Karp, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Żółtowski and Anna Jabłońśka, both from Służewo.
