This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Agnieszka Karpik, from the Służewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On January 9th, 1795, I, Rev. Szymon Kowalkowski, Pastor of the Służewo Parish, baptized the infant named Agnieszka. Her parents were Jan and Apolonia Karp, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Antoni Chełminiak and Małgorzata Stronkowska.
