Baptism of Marcin Wojciechowski (1822)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Marcin Wojciechowski alias Woytaszak, from the Skulsk parish.

Skulsk, No. 29, 1822

On the 3rd of November, 1822, at 11 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Skulsk, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Skulsk, Pyzdry County, Kalisz Province, Franciszek Wojciechowski appeared, aged 28, a tenant farmer residing in Popielewo, and showed us a male child born in the village of Popielewo, in house #6, on the 28th of October, 1822, at 7 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Michalak, aged 20. At Holy Baptism performed this day, this child was given the name Marcin. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Antoni Maciejewski, aged 41, an estate steward residing in Popielewo, and Wojciech Wojciechowski, aged 32, a tenant farmer residing in Popielewo, the uncle of the child. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
