Marriage of Stanislaw Jedrzejczak and Marianna Czynszak (1841)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Stanisław Jędrzejczak and Marianna Czynszak, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Gosławice No. 4 1841
This happened in the village of Siniarzewo on the 30th of November, 1841, at 2 p.m. We announce that today, in the presence of witnesses, Kajetan Kołakowski, aged 35, the lease-holder of the Siniarzewo Parish, whom resides in the village of Siniarzewo, and Roch Czynsz, aged 41, a shepherd residing in the village of Gosławice, he is the Uncle of the bride Marianna Czynszak, a religious marriage was contracted today between:
Stanisław Jędrzejczak, aged 25, a widower, his deceased wife Anna Wasiak died in the village of Gosławice, he is a laborer residing in the village of Gosławice, born in the village and parish of Ludzisko, powiat Inowrocław, the Grand Duchy of Poznań, the son of the deceased Szymon, who lived and died as a tenant farmer in the village of Wola Zakrzewo, in the Sędzin Parish, and Marianna Jędrzejczak nee Imańska, who is a laborer residing in the village of Sędzin,
and Marianna Czynszak, aged 22, single, a domestic worker residing in the village of Gosławice, she was born in the village of Krowice, in the parish of Lubraniec, the daughter of the deceased Ignacy, who was a shepherd that lived and died in the village of Kamieńczyk, in the Swierczyn parish, powiat Brześć, and Marianna Czynszak, a laborer, currently residing in the village of Brzezie, in the Wieniec parish.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, on the 24th and 31st of October, and the 7th of November, 1841. No impediment to the marriage arose. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
