Marriage of Paweł Jędrzejczak and Teresa Skonieczna (1848)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Paweł Jędrzejczak and Teresa Skonieczna, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Gosławice No. 4 1848

This happened in the village of Siniarzewo on June 30th, 1848 at 10 a.m. We announce that today, in the presence of witnesses, Maciej Twardowski, a blacksmith from the village of Bilna and aged 31, and Stanisław Jędrzejczak, a tenant farmer residing in the village of Gosławice and aged 35, a religious marriage was contracted today with our blessing, between:

Paweł Jędrzejczak, widower, aged 30, a peasant farmer (owner of a garden sized plot of land), resident of the village of Gosławice, born in the village of Gosławice, son of Szymon, deceased, and Marianna Jędrzejczak,

and Teresa Skonieczna, a young woman residing in the village of Gosławice, daughter of the married couple, Franciszek and Katarzyna Skonieczny nee Brożek, born in the village of Zakrzewo, aged 18.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, on the 11th, 18th, and 22nd of June 1848. No impediment to the marriage arose. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement between them.
