This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Marcin Andrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.
Gosławice No. 13 1885
This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo on the 23rd of November/5th of December, 1885 at 8 a.m. Mateusz Roczamski, age 60, and Franciszek Adamski, age 30, both laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice and stated that on the 21st of November/3rd of December, 1885, in the settlement of Gosławice, at 5 a.m., Marcin Andrzejczak died, an infant, son of Walenty and Zofia Andrzejczak nee Kacprzak, who are laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice. He is survived by his siblings and parents. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marcin Andrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
