This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo, on the 11th of November, 1879, at 7 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Jakób Michalski, aged 40, and Ludwik Bawołowski, aged 37, both are laborers residing in the settlement of Sinki, and stated that in the settlement of Sinki, on the 11th of November, 1879, at 1 a.m., Michał Wojciechowski, aged 33. He was a laborer residing in the settlement of Sinki. He was born in Wola Bachorna and was the son of Stanisław and Marianna (note: should be Jadwiga) Wojciechowski. He leaves behind his widow Franciszka Wojciechowska nee Kozłowska.
