This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Łucya Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo Parish.
Gosławice, No. 7, 1892
This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo, on the 23rd of February/6th of March, 1892, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Paweł Świątkowski, aged 27, and Józef Ćwiklińśki, aged 27, both are laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice, and stated that in the settlement of Gosławice, on the 21st of February/4th of March, 1892, at 8 p.m., Łucya Jędrzejczak, aged 1, died. She was born in the settlement of Gosławice. She was the daughter of Walenty and Łucya* Jędrzejczak nee Kacprzak, who are laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice. She leaves behind her family. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Łucya Jędrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
