Death of Antoni Nowak (1850)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Antoni Nowak, from the Siniarzewo Parish.
Siniarzewo, No. 3, 1850
This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 3rd of February, 1850, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jan Nowak alias Kurzawa, aged 52, a horse-groom residing in the village of Krzywosądz, and Józef Matuszak, aged 53, a farm owner residing in Sędzin Probostwo, and stated that in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 29th of January, 1850, at 2 p.m., Antoni Nowak alias Kurzawa, aged 18, died. He was a shepherd residing in the village of Siniarzewo. He was the son of Jan and Justyna Nowak nee Robaszewska. He was born in the village of Przywieczerzyn. He leaves behind his parents, brothers: Maciej and Marcin, and sister: Ełżbieta. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Antoni Nowak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
