Baptism of Walenty Jędrzejczak (1858)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Walenty Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice No. 3, 1858

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 11th of January, 1858, at 5 p.m. Paweł Jędrzejczak appeared, age 40, day-laborer and resident of Gosławice, in the presence of Antoni Pacholski, age 45, and Tomasz Błachowicz, age 40, both day-laborers and residents of the village of Gosławice, and showed us a male child born in the village of Gosławice on the 9th of January, 1858, at 1 a.m. to his wife Teresa nee Skonieczna, age 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Walenty, and the godparents were: Franciszek Modrzejewski and Jadwiga Tobiasz . This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
