Baptism of Stanislawa Andrzejczak (1906)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Stanisława Andrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice No. 33 1906

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 26th of December, 1906 at 3 p.m. Stanisław Andrzejczak appeared, age 24, laborer and resident of the village of Gosławice, district of Sędzin, in the presence of Jakob Guroczski, age 25, and Wincenty Zaranski, age 57, both laborers who reside in the village of Gosławice, and presented to us a female child, stating that the child was born in the village of Gosławice on the 25th of the current month and year at 4 a.m. of his lawful wife Michalina nee Pluskota, age 21.

At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Stanisława. The Godparents were Wincenty Zaranski and Michalina Andzejczak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
