Baptism of Marcin Andrzejczak (1884)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Marcin Andrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice No. 18 1884

This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo on the 2nd of November, 1884, at 4 a.m. Walenty Andrzejczak appeared, aged 26, laborer and resident of the settlement of Gosławice, in the presence of Paweł Andrzejczak, aged 70, and Michał Rogalewski, aged 60, both laborers from the settlement of Gosławice and presented to us a male child, stating that the child was born in the settlement of Gosławice on the 2nd of the current month and year at 4 a.m. to his lawful wife Zofia nee Kacprzak, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Marcin. The Godparents were Jan Stefanski and Anna Waszak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
