Baptism of Apolonia Jędrzejczak (1863)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Apolonia Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice No. 7, 1863

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 5th of February, 1863, at 8 a.m. Paweł Jędrzejczak appeared, age 45, day-laborer and resident of Gosławice, in the presence of Marcin Pietrzak, age 23, and Kaspar Świątkiewicz, age 40, both farmhands and residents of the village of Gosławice, and showed us a female child born in the village of Gosławice on the 2nd of February, 1863, at 10 p.m., to his wife Teresa nee Skonieczna, age 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Apolonia, and the godparents were: Franciszek Modrzejewski and Ewa Jabłonska . This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
