Baptism of Marcin Jedrzejczak (1884)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Marcin Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice, No. 18, 1884

This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo on the 2nd of November, 1884, at 4 p.m. Walenty Jędrzejczak, appeared, aged 26, a laborer in the settlement of Gosławice, in the presence of Paweł Jędrzejczak, aged 70, and Mateusz Rogałski, aged 60, both are laborers residing in the settlement of Gosławice, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the settlement of Gosławice, on the 2nd of November, 1884, at 4 a.m., to his lawful wife Zofia nee Kacprzak, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Marcin. The Godparents were: Jan Stefański and Anna Waszak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
