Baptism of Lukasz Jedrzejczak (1890)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Łukasz Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo parish.

Gosławice, No. 31, 1890

This occurred in the settlement of Siniarzewo on the 5th/17th of December, 1890, at 6 p.m. Walenty Jędrzejczak, appeared, aged 35, a laborer in the settlement of Gosławice, in the presence of Jan Kempara, aged 37, and Michał Kotas, aged 31, both are farm owners residing in the settlement of Gosławice, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the settlement of Gosławice, on the 5th/17th of December, 1890, at 8 a.m., to his lawful wife Zofia nee Kacprzak, aged 27. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Łukasz. The Godparents were: Walenty Wiśniewski and Józefa Rataj. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
