This is my translation of the German language Marriage record of Jakub Puzdrowski and Julianna Kleinsmyt, from the Sierakowice Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sierakowska Huta, 1849, No. 14

On February 8th, 1849, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sierakowice Parish, after the banns have been read on three separate Sundays, and no canonical impediments having arisen, officiated at the wedding of Jakub Puzdrowski, aged 29, a widower, and Julianna Kleinsmyt (listed as Kleysmit), aged 26, single. The witnesses were: Wojciech Sas, from Łyśniewo Pustki, and Jan Tusk, from Sierakowska Huta.
