This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Stanisław Michalak, from the Siedlimowo Parish.

Dzierżysław, 1801

On May 4th, 1801,  I, Rev., Pastor of the Siedlimowo Parish, baptized the infant named Stanisław. The parents were: Paweł and Marianna, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Tomasz Suliński and Cecelia from Dzierżysław.
