This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Michalak, from the Siedlimowo Parish.

Dzierżysław, 1803

On March 4th, 1803,  I, Rev. Karol Orcha, Pastor of the Siedlimowo Parish, baptized the infant named Marianna. The parents were: Paweł and Marianna Michalak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Marcin Pawlczyk, from Popielewo, and Agnieszka Sulińska, from Buszkowo.
