This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 12th of October, 1862, at 3 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Adam Ludwicki, aged 51, and Jan Czapski, aged 45, both are laborers residing in Wola Bachorna, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Jan Kacprzak, aged 23, single, a farmhand residing in Ujma Duża, the son of the deceased Stanisław and his widow Marianna Kacprzak, born in the village of Kijowiec,
and Julianna Promińska, aged 19, single, an attendant residing in Wola Bachorna, the daughter of the deceased couple Wincenty and Konstancja Promiński, born in the village of Łowiczek.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Sinarzewo and Sędzin Parish churches, on the 28th of September, and the 5th and 12th of October, 1862, at 12 p.m. Oral consent was given by the groom’s mother. No impediments arose. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
