Marriage of Franciszek Jukowski and Marianna Przybysz (1849)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Franciszek Jukowski and Marianna Przybysz, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Kuczkowo, No. 6, 1849
This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 26th of October, 1849, at 8 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Pawał Błaszak, aged 32, and Łukasz Żywica, aged 43, both are farm owners residing in Kuczkowo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Franciszek Jukowski, aged 26, single, a farm hand residing in Kuczkowo, the son of the deceased couple Hieronim and Marianna Jukowski, born in the village of Chrustowo – Grand Duchy of Poznań,
and Marianna Przybysz, aged 21, single, an attendant residing in Kuczkowo, the daughter of the deceased couple Wincenty and Marianna Przybysz nee Żywiczka, born in the village of Piołonowo.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, one reading at the Sędzin Parish church, on the 7th, 14th, and 21st of October, 1849. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding and no impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
