Marriage of Jan Nowak and Magdalena Kacprzak (1904)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Jan Nowak and Magdalena Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wola Bachorna, No 1, 1904
This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 28th of December, 1903/10th of January, 1904, at 3 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of Szymon Czapski, aged 46, and Michał Stachowiak, aged 41, both are house owners in Wola Bachorna, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Jan Nowak, aged 21, single, a laborer, the son of Marcin and Józefa Nowak nee Gorzyńska – laborers, born and residing in Aleksandrów – Służewo Parish,
and Magdalena Kacprzak, aged 24, single, the daughter of Józef and Franciszka Kacprzak nee Czapska – farm owners, born and residing in the village of Wola Bachorna.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Służewo and Sędzin parish churches, on the 14th/27th of December, 1903, the 21st of December, 1903/3rd of January, 1904, and the 28th of December, 1903/10th of January, 1904. The newlyweds stated that no marital agreement was made between them. Verbal permissions were given by both families. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Zygmund Lipińśki, Pastor of the Sędzin Parish. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
