Wola Bachorna, No. 20, 1896

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 5th/17th of July, 1896, at 5 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Mateusz Świercz, aged 30, and Michał Dąbrowski, aged 50, both are farmers residing in the village of Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 3rd/15th of July, 1896, at 7 p.m., Wojciech Kacprzak, aged 1, died. He was born and resided in Wola Bachorna. He was the son of Józef and Franciszka Kacprzak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Kacprzak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
